Fire Alarm, Data & Communications: Instead of having multiple contractors handling various wiring systems, we can do it all. From new installations to annual testing, fire alarms are a necessary part of most business. We service, install and program what we sell. We are also partnered with a central station saving many customers money. Category 5, 5E or 6 we install and offer certified testing. Our service often costs half of what our competitors charge.

High Tech Industry: Massachusetts’ industries are busy building high tech products for the medical fields and communications industry. We are working in several facilities which manufacture products such as communications fiber and cable, high quality music wire, and medical instruments. Frequently we are designing our electrical systems to fit our client’s special process needs, but more often a simple power feed to an upgrade motor is what is needed. Special environments for processes are present in many of these industries, be it clean rooms, high temps ovens or chemical hazards. A list of reference clients may be obtained with a phone call.

Park View Towers

Food Service: Bakeries, pizza, coffee shops and full serve restaurants are all past customers. We’ve built national chain restaurants and the Mom and Pops. This sector offers unique challenges of timing, coordination and cost.

Commercial Spaces: Office fit ups, medical offices; dental suites and banks are large percentage of our business. We have a long history of design build and pre-engineered commercial projects. Either way, being on time, on budget makes a quality job, no hassle. Our largest project for office space was the Parkview Towers; an 110,000 sq.ft. located at 255 Park Ave. in Worcester, MA. Each year we do Mall and Outlet Retail Stores most often repeat business. These jobs are always fast paced, with attention to detail and coordination with other trades. We love the challenge.

Churches: Over the years we have built a dozen or more churches. Most of these projects involved some design build practices. In many churches the ministries have substantial sound and theatre lighting systems. We help committees select the best equipment packages to fit their budgets and fulfill their performance needs. We still service a lot of the clients ten years later.
